Rev. Dr. Sandra Potuyt is the co – founder of Messiah Television International. She was called unto repentance in 1991 in Surinam, South America, together with her husband Rev. Dr. Arie Potuyt.
She is co-pastoring with him side by side in
Full Gospel Church Charlois (New Birth Ministries), as well as serving on the board of Messiah Television.
They are both ordained ministers.

In November 2006 Dr. Sandra founded a women organisation named: Pecwa - Pan European Christian Women Alliance

Dr. Sandra has her roots in Guyana, South America, the neighbour country of Surinam as well as the only English speaking country on the South American continent. Her marriage is divinely inspired by God and she has a mandate to take the gospel of Jesus Christ across the nations of the earth.

Dr. Sandra is constantly reminded of the great privilege and responsibility of being called by God to serve as a minister.
She has been assembled here on earth to fulfil God's plan and purpose at this critical time in history before the triumphal return of Jesus Christ. She wants to make Jesus Christ a household name. Dr. Sandra believes that the Bible is the foundation of our faith.
She considers it to be infallible and wholly inspired by God.

In the Bible God has revealed His plan of Salvation for man. (2 Timothy Chapter 3 verses 15-17 and Hebrews Chapter 4 verse 12).

From 1995 until now she served as travelling minister in many countries, including the United States of America.

Her mission is to lead people to Jesus Christ, breaking the chains of darkness off God's people through the power of the Holy Spirit and the unadulterated Word of God. "The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to preach the good news to the poor, He has sent me to bind up the broken hearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners." (Isaiah. 61:1 NIV).
